CAJANI Luigi

Professeur émérite à l'Université La Sapienza, Rome

Luigi Cajani, actuellement à la retraite, a été professeur d'histoire moderne à la Facoltà di Lettere e Filosofia de l'Université Sapienza de Rome, où il était également responsable de la formation initiale des professeurs d'histoire.

Il a été président de l'Association internationale de recherche sur l'enseignement de l'histoire et des sciences sociales (AIRDHSS) et il est actuellement chercheur associé au Georg-Eckert-Institut für internationale Schulbuchforschung à Braunschweig (Allemagne).

Thèmes de recherche : histoire du crime et de la justice pénale en Italie sous l'Ancien Régime ; histoire de l'historiographie ; didactique de l'histoire ; politiques de l'histoire.
